I work with my clients to arrive at insights about their work and their lives. Through 1-1 and team conversations, while walking, over coffee or in workshops or online, we work to uncover the wisdom they have within themselves to approach situations from new perspectives.
We work with teams in corporate environments, non-profits, family businesses, both in Ireland and Internationally. Our clients are in a range of industries, from Finance, Car Sales, Catering, Non-Profits, Recruitment, Sales, amongst others.
I show up with skills I’ve learnt from my coaching training at Erickson Coaching International and as part of ICF (International Coaching Federation) as well as 10 years in sales, marketing and non-profit work. I’ve worked and lived in Ireland, Spain, Nepal, Mexico and Canada, now having returned to Ireland to join my Dad in Essential Training. We engage our clients 1-1 and in groups through deep listening, open-ended questions and visualization.
My training is in solution-focused conversations, grounded in neuroscience, NLP, and positive psychology with Erickson Coaching International and as a Facilitator with The Soar Foundation. As well as many years learning from my Dad, Ian Kingston, facilitating workshops, and working 1-1 with clients.
My Undergraduate and Master’s Degrees is in Philosophy and Sociology. I studied Rights of Passage to ourselves in contemporary society, relevant to the work I do in corporate groups, individual executives and teams:
“The Camino de Santiago as a Rite of Passage to the Self in Contemporary Society:
An Autoethnography of the Reintegration Process”
I played rugby at a high level in school and university, representing Ireland at U19 and U20 levels, part of the Under-20 6 Nations Winning Team in 2010. I write poetry and have released 3 books Amazon and regularly write and perform spoken word poems at events and in our workshops.
