Meet Ian Kingston
Ian has over 30 years’ experience in business. Having held senior management positions in banking and insurance, he set up his own business in 1995.
Since then Ian has worked both nationally and internationally with senior executives and management teams across many industries including banking, insurance, hospitality, health care, pharmaceutical, telecommunications, IT, manufacturing, agriculture, recruitment and hedge fund administration.
Ian has a uniquely challenging style of facilitation when working with teams. He has the ability to clearly define the core issues facing the business. He then helps create effective plans to deliver successful outcomes. He guides teams to identify their core strengths as well as their challenges, so that collectively and individually the group achieves its potential.
“When working with groups, my role is to create an environment where the tough questions can be asked. Very often I will challenge in a way that may not be politically correct for a team member to do, this allows the group to be truly honest in their exchanges.”
Since 1995 Ian has been mentoring with executives, from CEO to junior level, across a full range of industries. His ability to question, listen and interpret, coupled with the way he creates a safe place for consultation allows him to help the individual reach their true potential.
