How to satisfy your customers?
Recent research shows that the following are facts:
- Service accounts for 40% of a consumer’s decision to buy. Invest in “service”.
- Service must be led from the top. If it’s not the customer will know.
- Invest in training. Training pays off. Give it to all of your staff. Training does not cost….it pays!
- Ask your staff what needs to be done to improve service. They will know because they work the job on a daily basis.
- Communicate your service excellence. Do not keep it a secret. Scream it from the roof tops.
